This holiday is not Mexico's indepedence day but it is the day in 1862 that the Mexican army defeated the French at the Battle of Puebla.I am drinking Peruvian Coffee and plan to go here and eat and drink green things- guacomola and margaritas!
The title of this post goes out to my brother, Matthew aka Musgrave. He isn't Mexican, but he drools over an Avocado peice any given day. Brother- this Avocodough is for you!Completely unrelated, he is the only male under age 82 that actually drives 10 and 2. Do not let this fool you, he is a complete road hazard and should just consider driving a construction cone .
