Scarlett O'Hara Biscotti
Born: September 25, 2009 in Atlanta, GA
Nicknames as of today: Never ending story Dog, Filet o'Fish, loaf, and muffin foot.
Dislikes as of today: Nicholas Cage and salmon flavored treats
Likes as of today: Television and hair dryers
Behind the name: Scarlett O'Hara is my absolute favorite literary character. She is a strong, colorful, Irish, intriguing, like able, hate able, tenacious, stylish, southern belle. Nothing gets her down, and if it does she throws a party to fix it.. She works hard and always has fun and doesn't give a crumb about what others think. She does this all well maintaining a ladylike demeanor or at least appearing to do so. She fights mercilessly for her wants and uses people to her advantage but in the end always has a conscience. She also loves pretty things. What a gal, what a dog-gone gal! And Biscotti to tie in my love for Italy, and the Italian culture. What is sweeter than the word cookie in Italian?
Scarlett O'hara Biscotti is Perfect. She is the finest lady on four legs I have ever met. Yesterday we took a bath and she reveled in the hair dryer. She is undeniably lovely and I am taken.
Scarlett: As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me. I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never be hungry again. No, nor any of my folk. If I have to lie, steal, cheat or kill. As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again."
Scarlett: Sir, you are no gentleman.
Rhett Butler: And you, Miss, are no lady.
Scarlett: Great balls of fire. Don't bother me anymore, and don't call me sugar.
Scarlett: Marriage, fun? Fiddle-dee-dee. Fun for men you mean.

St. Pat's Post
HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY TO ALL!!!
This morning I realized I have no Bailey's (where is Old Gregg when you need him?) so I gargled with strong peppermint Listerine and used the after taste to pretend when I drank my coffee. I celebrated this past weekend by running the Four Courts Four Miler. Who is that fierce braided lass?
Irish Name Awards:
I have about 1/3 of Irish in my genetics and none in my name. Here is a shout out to my two close friends with the closest of Irish names!
Kevin Hannan................... ...... Erin Kelley
Irish Food Awards:
I love Potatoes but I am having an affair with Cabbage! Eat Cabbage any way you like. Oh Cabbage! Raw, slaw, and steamy You are not only dreamy But the human body is your fan And Germans love you pickled in a can. Crunch, snap, and shred, Cabbage I cannot get you out of my head!

Exciting News. Prints of Big Orange are available at ABODE in Market Square in Knoxville, Tennessee. 12x16 prints are available for $50.oo and matted 12x16 prints are $60.oo. I am Retailed!
In the spirit of Knoxville, if you haven't been you should and you should visit during football Season and go to Tin Roof on the strip. Then nurse your next day hangover with a Magpies Cupcake, a slice of pizza pie from Tomato Head, and a Sushi roll from Nama's. And don't forget the Knoxville Pearl- a Cereal Bar. However it isn't open in the morning, weird. Oh, then buy a print of Big Orange, duh.

Dog Portrait Artist
This is my most recent dog portrait. What can I say I am an animal lover! This painting is for my Pops who adores Zweigle's white hots. You can hear him mumble Zweigle's in his sleep- much like Homer Simpson and donuts.
